Just before news broke that Arthur Smith would take over the offensive coordinator job at Ohio State, another potential Tennessee Titans offensive coordinator candidate was eliminated.
Ian Rapoport reported on social media that Bobby Slovik will remain with the Miami Dolphins after being promoted from passing game coordinator to offensive coordinator under new head coach Jeff Hafley. Prior to this news, Slovik was mentioned as a possibility to start for the Titans, but had no news of being interviewed.

This is the third name analysts and insiders have linked to the position since Robert Saleh was hired, joining Brian Daboll and Kliff Kingsbury as two high-profile figures on the board.
Daboll is currently in the running for the Buffalo Bills head coaching job and the Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator job, though he appears to be the frontrunner in Nashville if he doesn’t get the Bills job.
Kimberry had been mentioned in connection with the Eagles and interviewed for the Baltimore Ravens head coaching job after being fired by the Washington Commanders.
