The No. 1-4 seeds, consisting of Oklahoma State, LSU, Florida State and Alabama, will play in Saturday night’s game, while the afternoon games will feature the No. 5-9 seeds. The winner will be determined from the highest total score.

2026 SEC Gymnastics Championships Schedule

The SEC Gymnastics Championships will be held on Saturday, March 21 at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The afternoon session at 2 p.m. ET will include Arkansas, Georgia, Missouri, Auburn and Kentucky. The evening meeting is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. ET and will feature LSU, Oklahoma State, Florida State and Alabama.
