The Indianapolis Colts are not expected to make major personnel changes this offseason, other than retaining general manager Chris Ballard and head coach Sean Steichen, according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler.
As of now, the Colts must find a new defensive line coach, with Charlie Partridge joining the Notre Dame coaching staff.

Colts defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo is also interviewing for head coaching vacancies at Tennessee and the New York Giants.
Fowler also noted that offensive coordinator Jim Bob Coote may be considered offensive coordinator elsewhere. With the Colts, Steichen was the play-caller.
So, barring any coaches moving up the ranks elsewhere, the Colts’ coaching staff should remain mostly the same.
Although the Colts are once again missing the playoffs, there will be few changes to the front office and coaching staff. We’ll see how Ballard shapes the roster as the offseason progresses.

Principal owner Carlie Irsay-Gordon believes the Colts’ success in the first half of last season can be replicated in 2026.
