According to reports in Italy, Yusuf Fofana could find himself in trouble if Milan can resolve their ongoing dispute with Brazilian side Corinthians and complete the signing of 19-year-old talent Andre Luis Santos Dias.
Reports over the past few days have suggested that Milan are trying to agree a €17 million deal including bonuses for Brazilian talent Andre with the Corinthians board.

However, Corinthians president Osmar Stabile reportedly tried to block the deal, insisting on a fee of more than €25 million, according to Calciomercato.com. Corinthians boss Dorival Junior is also said to be opposed to the move, and the player is worth more than his reported €17 million worth.

Although according to reports in Italy, documents on Andre’s transfer have already been exchanged. Milan felt it was done.

Reports on Wednesday suggested Milan may appeal to FIFA as they claim to have prepared the documents with Corinthians’ own legal department.
How does Milan’s trade for Andre affect Fofana?
It’s a complicated situation that could also affect current Rossoneri midfielder Fofana.
According to Calciomercato.com, if a deal with Corinthians does go through, Milan could sacrifice the Frenchman to make way for Andre.
That’s because Massimiliano Allegri will be oversupplied with a midfield squad that already includes Fofana, Luka Modric, Adrien Rabiot, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Samuel Rich and Aldon Jashari.

Reports in January claimed that Galatasaray were interested in a deal for Fofana, while Calciomercato claimed they and a number of unspecified Premier League clubs could be ready to try again in the summer if Fofana is on the market again.
Allegri is clearly a big fan of Fofana, though, with reports on Wednesday suggesting the manager is not particularly keen on losing a trusted first-team player in favor of an untested teenager, despite the Frenchman’s occasional dips in form this season.
