The Boston Red Sox announced seven non-roster invitees to spring training on Tuesday.
Boston extended offers to catcher Jason DeLay, infielder Vinny Capra, right-handers Osvaldo Berrios, Hobey Harris and Devin Sweat, and left-handers Alec Gamboa and TJ Sikma.

DeLay, 30, spent three seasons with the Pittsburgh Pirates from 2022 to 2024, hitting .231/.295/.315 with 38 RBIs. Postponing the 2025 Atlanta Braves game between Double-A Columbus and Triple-A Gwinnett.
Capra, 29, slashed .125/.157/.177 with the Milwaukee Brewers and Chicago White Sox in 2025. Capra previously played for the Toronto Blue Jays (2022) and Pittsburgh Pirates (2023).
Berrios, 26, posted a 5.12 ERA with 62 strikeouts as a member of the St. Louis Cardinals in 2025 between Double-A Springfield and Triple-A Memphis.
Harris, 32, had a 4.05 ERA with 45 strikeouts in 2025 with the FCL Red Sox and Triple-A Worcester. Harris previously pitched for the Washington Nationals (2023).
Sweat, 29, appeared in 46 games with Triple-A Lehigh Valley in 2025 as a member of the Philadelphia Phillies after spending time with the Seattle Mariners (2023) and the then-Oakland Athletics (2023).

Gamboa, 28, will primarily play for the Lotte Giants of the Korean Baseball League in 2025.
Sikma, 27, appeared in 23 games as a member of the Cincinnati Reds in 2025 between Double-A Chattanooga and Triple-A Louisville.
