Earlier this month, the Paris Court of Appeal ruled firmly against Mbappe, rejecting his appeal to have PSG’s precautionary detention lifted.

It must be noted that earlier this year, Paris Saint-Germain successfully revoked the seizure order on the club’s accounts for a total amount of no less than 55 million euros.

Mbappe’s situation worsened with a second ruling issued by the same court.
In addition to rejecting his appeal, the Paris Court of Appeal also ordered Mbappe to bear legal costs and pay PSG 3,000 euros, citing abuse of power.

The next chapter will now unfold on December 16, when both Mbappe and PSG appear before a labor court.
