Brady, 36, has been with the Bills since 2022. He began his tenure with the club as quarterbacks coach and was promoted to offensive coordinator midway through the 2023 season after the club fired Ken Dorsey.

He retains the position on a full-time basis through 2024.

Brady first made a splash as LSU’s passing game coordinator in 2019, winning the Broyles Award as the nation’s top assistant coach and helping the program win a CFP national championship. Joe Burrow won the Heisman Trophy that season and threw 60 touchdowns with just six interceptions before the Bengals drafted him No. 1 overall in 2020.

Since then, Brady was hired as the Panthers’ offensive coordinator in 2020 under Matt Rule. But Brady was fired in 2021 and Rhule was fired after five games into the 2022 season.

Under Brady the past two seasons, the Bills ranked 10th and 4th in yards allowed and 2nd and 4th in points scored. Buffalo has the league’s best rushing attack in 2025, with James Cook leading the league with 1,621 rushing yards. Quarterback Josh Allen also rushed for 579 yards and 14 touchdowns.

Allen won his first AP MVP award in 2024 under Brady.
