When Jesse Minter canceled his interview in Cleveland, it was clear he had at least narrowed his search. The teams he appears to be considering are the Raiders and Ravens, and he has conducted in-person interviews over the past two days. Indeed. And the Ravens will move him.

There is one level of separation from Minter. The Ravens just fired John Harbaugh after 18 years with the organization. Minter served as defensive coordinator under John’s brother, Jim Harbaugh, dating back to his days at Michigan.
The hiring brings to five the number of NFL teams still looking for a head coach — the Bills, Browns, Cardinals, Raiders and Steelers. As many as ten teams are looking for new head coaches this offseason.
