According to a report on the Naughty But Nice Substack on Tuesday, March 10, sources told Shuter that Noem no longer has a free membership to Mar-a-Lago in Florida.
“Cabinet members get certain perks when they’re favored,” a Palm Beach insider told Shute. “But once you’re no longer in the inner circle, those privileges quickly disappear.”

This means that if the 54-year-old former South Dakota governor wants to continue associating with the MAGA elite, she will have to pay a $1 million initiation fee and an annual fee of about $20,000, Shute reported.

“Her new diplomatic title does not automatically keep her on the guest list,” one source said of Noem, who is now the special envoy to America’s Shield. “If she wanted to come back, she’d have to apply — and write a really big check.”
A Washington insider told Schuette the news only adds insult to injury, as Noem was already upset that she was “completely blindsided” by her removal from the Department of Homeland Security. “Christie believes she is one of Trump’s most loyal allies.”
