His contract runs until June 2028, but Milan have the option of extending it for another year.
The Serbia international has been compared to former Milan defender Jaap Stam for his playing style and physique.
According to reports, Milan are in no rush to sell Pavlovich and are prepared to reject Chelsea’s opening offer of around €40 million.
They are expected to qualify for the Champions League, which will further boost the Rossoneri’s coffers.
