The Olympic men’s hockey qualifying tournament is over, and several Nashville Predators players are set to take home gold medals.
The qualifiers will be held on February 17, the quarter-finals on February 18, the semi-finals on February 20, and the gold medal match on February 22.

Canada, the United States, Finland and Slovakia automatically advance to the quarterfinals. Denmark, France, the Czech Republic, Latvia, Switzerland, Germany, Sweden and Italy will participate in the qualifying rounds.
Roman Josi (Switzerland) and Filip Forsberg (Sweden) will take part in the qualifying rounds, while Jus Saros (Finland) and Erik Haura (Finland) have already advanced to the quarter-finals. It was a path to gold for all four Predators players.

The Swiss team will start the qualifying round against Italy on February 17. Yosi scored a goal and an assist in the recent win over the Czech Republic, taking three points in three games.

Sweden will face Latvia on February 17 before potentially facing the United States in the quarterfinals. Forsberg starts as Sweden’s No. 13 forward and has seen increased playing time in the past two games. He has one assist in three games.
Juuse Saros started all three games for Finland and went 2-1-0 with a .946 save percentage. Erik Haula has been Finland’s third-line forward, contributing three assists in three games. Finland will face the winner of Switzerland/Italy on February 18.

All games will be broadcast on NBC’s Olympic coverage and will also be available to stream on Peacock.
