The big news is that Barcelona have welcomed two players back into the squad, with Frenkie de Jong and Fermin Lopez having been cleared to return.
De Jong has not played in Barcelona’s last three La Liga games – one due to suspension, one due to personal reasons and the most recent one against Atletico Madrid due to a fever. He has now recovered and returned to the team.
Fermin, meanwhile, has missed Barcelona’s last two games against Alaves and Atletico Madrid with a calf injury. However, he recovered early and was back in the squad for the trip to Sevilla.
However, Dani Olmo is the latest player to miss Barcelona, having dislocated his shoulder in midweek. He joins Garvey and Marc-Andre ter Stegen on the sidelines for the Catalans. Ronald Araujo also remains unavailable.
