No first round pick but Jaguars enter 2026 NFL draft with flexibility

The Jacksonville Jaguars do not have a first-round pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. That pick was traded away in 2025 when the team selected Travis Hunter.

However, that doesn’t mean general manager James Gladstone doesn’t also have flexibility and a slew of draft picks.

While they don’t have a first-round pick, the Jaguars own four picks in the top 100, including three third-round picks.

This presents Gladstone with the opportunity to continue adding impactful, ready-to-help players to the roster, or he could use some of those picks to move around the draft board.

Overall, the Jaguars have a total of nine draft picks remaining.

According to Spotrac, here are the Jaguars’ 2026 NFL Draft roster:

  • Round 5 (from San Francisco)

  • Round 6 (from Philadelphia)

Whether it’s in the draft, offseason, training camp or during the season, Gladstone has shown he’s more than willing to make a trade. That ability is still there in this year’s NFL Draft if he chooses to go that route.
