Although Nate Randleman, who transferred from Atlanta this season, is not known to many people, he has been a stable guiding force for the team’s defense. He has appeared in 15 games this season and leads the team with 123 total steals.
He’s been so good this season that he’s on the same level as one of the best LBs in the league, who happens to be playing in his division right now.

Nate Landman and Fred Warner are the only LBs to do this since 2023
Randleman has totaled 123 tackles this season, the most of his career, with two games left in the season. What gives him value is not just his ability to put opponents down; It’s his ability to get the ball out.
In addition to leading the team in steals, Randleman also leads Los Angeles in forced fumbles. It’s his combination of those two skills that has made him a rarity over the past few seasons.
Fred Warner is a generational talent at the linebacker position and a four-time first-team All-NFL selection. To be on the same level as him in any statistic is a big deal.
