Starting in July 2026, six new businesses will open at The Park, a $500 million redevelopment complex in Union County.
Their debut will mean new dining, wellness and retail options at the 185-acre campus in Berkeley Heights (formerly known as Connell Corporate Park).
The new tenants will occupy space within The Park, a 60-acre precinct anchored by a pedestrian main street with approximately 160,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment space.
The park redevelopment project is transforming the site from a traditional office park into a mixed-use community.
New dining concepts include family-owned Four Spoons Ice Cream Company, Mediterranean street food concept Doner Shack and two-story cafe Cafe Exchange.
Other tenants include Prime IV Hydration & Wellness, Doogtopia and Greatness Wins athletic apparel.
The new tenants join another group of entertainment and dining concepts announced earlier this year and are expected to open in fall 2026.
These include Emberside Brewery, Rosa Azul and BASH, multiple bars, event space and 14 duck pin bowling lanes, which the development says are among the first of its kind in New Jersey.
The campus already includes a 176-room Embassy Suites hotel, a 112,000-square-foot Life Time Fitness center, Starbucks, Grain & Cane, FIELDHOUSE and more than 1.5 million square feet of office space, 97% of which is occupied.
Plans also call for 328 luxury apartments to be built as part of the wider development.
