Microsoft announced three new Xbox Series S/X console options at the Xbox Game Showcase on June 9. New configurations of the Xbox Series include the Xbox Series S 1TB SSD storage variant in Robot White, the all-digital Xbox Series X and the 2TB Xbox Series X Special Edition in Galaxy Black. The three new console models will be available in select markets during the holiday season later this year.
The parent company of Xbox has yet to provide details on the availability and regional pricing of the new Xbox Series S/X variants. “Stay tuned for updates in the coming months as we share pre-order details, where we will provide information on market availability and regional estimated retail pricing (ERP),” Microsoft said.
Microsoft says the new console version will have the same speed and performance as current Xbox Series S/X models and will offer users new design, storage and pricing options. For example, the all-digital Xbox Series X costs less than the standard Xbox Series X with an optical drive.
Xbox Series S – 1TB Robot White
Xbox Series S initially offers 512GB of storage space and comes in Robot White color scheme. Last year, Microsoft launched the Xbox Series S with 1TB of storage space in a new carbon black color. Now, additional storage options are coming to the Robot White colorway. The Xbox Series S 1TB in Android White will be available in select markets at an ERP price of $349.99 USD/€349.99. The company is yet to confirm pricing and availability in India.

Xbox Series X – 1TB Digital Edition
Leaked court documents from last year’s Microsoft v. FTC trial said the company was preparing a digital version of the Xbox Series X. Now, Microsoft has confirmed that the all-digital Xbox Series X will launch this year. The digital version of the console will come with 1TB SSD storage and be available in Robot White (existing X-Series models are only available in Carbon Black). The new model’s ERP costs $449.99/€499.99, which is less than the Series X’s disc version, which sells for $499.99.
