Major champion, 17-year-old rising star on the bubble at LPGA Q-School

The final day of LPGA qualifying will be a sprint. The tournament has been extended until the end of Tuesday after weather conditions reduced the final qualifying session from 90 to 72 holes.

In cold Mobile, Alabama, most golfers will have nine holes or fewer to finish. The fourth and final round was suspended at 4:15 pm local time due to darkness.

Gianna Clemente, 17, is one shot away from qualifying for the 2026 LPGA card.

The top 25 players and ties will receive LPGA cards for the 2026 season. The current cut-off line is 4 under par. USGA champion Erica Shepherd, a rare southpaw in the women’s game, was among those outside that number, along with 17-year-old Gianna Clemente. Shepard had seven holes left and Clement had nine.
