Hall of Fame quarterback Kurt Warner was surprisingly named Super Bowl LX MVP.
The Seattle Seahawks will face the New England Patriots on Sunday. Before the game, Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold was the favorite to win the award as Seattle was expected to win the game.

However, Warner actually believes receiver Cooper Kupp could win his second Super Bowl MVP award on Sunday.
“It’s unlikely to win a second Super Bowl MVP, but not as a quarterback,” Warner said Sunday on NFL Network. “Nothing like this has ever happened in Super Bowl history. How about Cooper Kupp being the Super Bowl MVP? It’s all about ‘JSN’ (Jaxon Smith-Ngiba) and of course, he’s been incredible this year.
“But, Cooper Kupp was great in the playoffs and made a bunch of great plays. Including a touchdown in the championship game. How about Cooper Kupp returning to the Super Bowl and winning it again?”
Kupp winning the Super Bowl MVP would be a huge surprise, as he has the 10th-best odds to win the award at +8,000.
However, if the Patriots focus on shutting down Smith-Ngiba, maybe Kupp will indeed become the focal point of Seattle’s offense.

In the playoffs, Kupp had nine catches for 96 yards and a touchdown. While he was playing for the Los Angeles Rams, he was named Super Bowl LVI MVP as he had eight catches for 92 yards and two touchdowns.
Kickoff for Super Bowl LX is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. ET.
