Jonathan David’s fine form continued as Juventus thumped Napoli 3-0, with the Canadian striker opening the scoring as he feels the season is finally on track.

Speaking to DAZN via TuttoJuve after the game, David highlighted his growing confidence and sense of improvement since arriving in Turin.

“Yes, I’m improving this season,” he said. “I can really feel the growth, not just personally but within the team.”

The goal against Napoli took David to four league goals and six in all competitions, figures that reflect a steady rise in his tally after a more difficult start.

“That was a turning point for me,” David explains.

“From that moment on, an important phase of growth began. I always felt the coach’s confidence in me and it showed on the pitch.”

“We quickly thought about celebrations today,” he said with a laugh. “You bring the coffee and drink it together.”
