British stone. LOUIS (AP) — Jordan Walker went 4-for-4 with two doubles and two RBIs and the St. Louis Cardinals beat the two-time defending World Series champion Los Angeles Dodgers 7-3 on Friday night.
Walker increased his scoring average to .308 and scored twice to help the Cardinals win four consecutive games. St. Louis ended a three-game losing streak at home.

The Dodgers lost their third straight game. Shohei Ohtani went 0 for 5 and struck out.
Nolan Gorman hit a two-run homer and Alec Burleson had a single for St. Louis. Iván Herrera and Masyn Winn, who was also hit by a pitch, had two hits each as the Cardinals finished with 12 runs.
Matthew Libertore (1-1) bounced back from his worst performance of the season, allowing two runs on four hits in 5 2/3 innings.
The Cardinals (2-1) scored four runs on eight hits from Emmet Sheehan. He struck out eight and allowed no four balls.
Walker had a two-run homer in the seventh inning, scoring two runs off Edgardo Henriquez. He scored on a fielder’s choice to make it 7-2.
