Jio users can now get instant high-speed loan data and pay later. The latest product launched by the Mumbai-based telecom operator, called ‘Emergency Data Loan’, is designed to let its prepaid users get up to five data loan packages of 1GB each for a total of 5GB. The new facility will help users who have exhausted their existing data allocation and are unable to purchase data recharge for their accounts.
Each emergency data loan package carrying 1GB high-speed data access is worth Rs. 11 and is valid until the end of the basic plan validity, which means you can continue to use the additional data until the end of the basic plan validity.
