Then there’s Microsoft. This is the least great of the seven. When I look back at that convoluted conference call they just had, I can’t tell if they understood that their stock was going to be wiped out. Maybe they thought it would go up. Do they know they lost the AI ​​race? Do they know they’re not making the playoffs? Does anyone understand what they are saying, including themselves? What is going on with OpenAI? Are they partners? Are they friends? Are they frenemies? Are they enemies? Oh, where’s the co-pilot? Do they really think 15 million paying users is a lot of users? Did you know? I actually feel sorry for Microsoft. No regrets, though, as anyone who’s been forced to become a Microsoft user is tired of Windows shoving unwanted updates down your throat. It’s hard to feel much sympathy.
