The NFL season has entered Week 15 and the New York Jets will travel to Jacksonville, Florida to face the Jacksonville Jaguars. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. ET.
The Jets currently have a record of 3-10. They have been eliminated from playoff contention for the 15th consecutive season. To make matters worse, the Jets will give undrafted rookie quarterback Brady Cook his first NFL start today, with Adrian Martinez backing him up. That’s… less than ideal.

Tank Commanders are rooting for the Jets to lose the remaining games to improve their draft position. Others are still rooting for the Jets to win. If you fall into the latter category, today’s road game against the Jacksonville Jaguars doesn’t look promising.
The Jaguars have made a stunning turnaround this season. The Jaguars currently sit first in the AFC South with a 9-4 record after last year’s 4-13 record. They have won four straight games, scoring more than 17 points in three of them. The Jaguars appear to have peaked, just in time to catch the Jets.

The Jets love to run the ball. That’s especially important for Cook at center, with Garrett Wilson still sidelined and Mason Taylor sidelined with a neck injury. Not having a reliable quarterback and not having a reliable receiver does not bode well for the Jets passing game. Unfortunately for the Jets, the Jaguars have one of the best run defenses in the NFL. This game could get ugly.
The New York Jets take on the Jacksonville Jaguars today, looking for their fourth win of the 2025 season. Everyone, enjoy the game.
