The images are included in the Justice Department’s Epstein file…with photos of his neck, arms, hands, legs and feet…along with a makeshift ligature that looks like it was knotted from torn clothing.
As we reported at the time… On July 23, 2019, Epstein was found injured and semi-conscious in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City.

The document states that there is a “Possibly a suicide attempt” The photos were taken in the prison’s special housing unit at 1:27 a.m. and a few minutes later at 1:45 a.m.

In the photo, Epstein appears to be wearing a suicide-prevention smock.
The pedophile was denied bail days ago and is awaiting trial on federal charges.

Following the incident, Epstein was placed on suicide watch…but weeks later, on August 10, he was found dead in his cell.
