People will speculate on this decision from the Ravens for a long time, knowing that Crosby will have meniscus repair surgery at the end of the season. There was no way he would pass a traditional physical exam.
It also sends a signal to other teams and player agents that Baltimore isn’t afraid to put you in trouble if it might benefit them.
