Netflix is back in combat sports again, this time with a women’s MMA fight as the headliner.

Ronda Rousey will return to the Octagon, as will Gina Carano. Both men were pioneers in MMA and established themselves in other fields. For Carano, it’s all about acting, being an actor The Mandalorian. For Rousey, it’s WWE, although she has also dabbled in acting.
The event is promoted by Most Valuable Promotions, a company founded by Jake Paul and Nakisa Bidarian. They teamed up with Netflix to film Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson in 2024 and recently promoted Amanda Serrano vs. Katie Taylor.
