Hawke, who also won the 2025 world 5000m title, will face Olympic 5000m and 10,000m bronze medalist Grant Fisher in the two-mile race at Millrose.

Last year at Millrose, Fisher overtook Hawke on the final straight of the 3000m, both breaking world records.

The two-mile indoor world record is 8:00.67, set by Brit Josh Kerr at Millrose in 2024.

Cole, the 2023 world 1500m champion, also competed in the two-mile race this year. The same goes for 2022 world 1500m champion Jake Wightman of England and 2025 world 3000m steeplechase champion Geordie Beamish of New Zealand.

In the 60-meter hurdles at Millrose, Tinch’s opponents included Olympic 100-meter hurdles silver medalist Daniel Roberts.

Other stars in the field include Olympic 1500m bronze medalist Yared Nuguse, who is aiming for a fourth consecutive men’s Wanamaker Mile title. Last year he broke the indoor mile world record, which was broken five days later by Norwegian Jakob Ingebrigtsen.

The women’s Wanamaker Mile includes Olympic 1,500-meter silver medalist Jess Hull of Australia, as well as Nikki Hiltz, Sinclaire Johnson and Elle St. Pierre, who have combined to win the past five U.S. outdoor 1,500-meter titles.

After Millrose, the season will continue with the USA Track and Field Indoor Championships Feb. 28-March 1.
