How to activate ISD on Vi (Vodafone Idea)
Vi (Vodafone Idea) customers do not need to call the number or send an SMS to activate the ISD service on their number. For most users, the service is enabled by default. However, in some cases, operators may require customers to text “ACT ISD” to 144 to activate ISD services.
You can make ISD calls on Vi by adding the prefix “+” followed by the area code and phone number. Different rates apply to different ISD codes for ISD calls for Vi prepaid and postpaid customers, which you can check on the official website of the telecom operator.
Vi offers some prepaid recharge packages that bundle some airtime or reduce the cost of calls to ISD calls. Customers of Vi prepaid plans can recharge in Rs. The 18 pack provides 60 minutes of ISD calls per day. Likewise, there is Rs. The 61 ISD recharge pack reduces call rates to as low as 1 paise per second in the US and Canada. Customers can also choose Rs. 295 prepaid recharge pack and you get 40 minutes of ISD calls and 28 days validity.
