Stafford threw for 269 yards and two touchdowns, but he also threw three interceptions in Los Angeles’ 27-24 upset loss. Stafford made several unusual throws during the game and ultimately failed to lead the Rams to victory in the penultimate game of the regular season.
Still, Stafford made some NFL history in the game. Against Atlanta, Stafford surpassed Pittsburgh Steelers legend Ben Roethlisberger in passing efficiency for the sixth-most regular season passing yards in league history. Ben passed for 64,088 yards in his career. Stafford now has 64,257 and counting.
