Defender Gabriel Gudmundsson hopes the Whites can continue their momentum this weekend after a man-of-the-match performance against Brentford last time out.
Daniel Farke’s side now face an in-form Eagles side after taking four points from home games against Chelsea and Liverpool ahead of the draw in the capital.

“A tough team,” the Sweden international began. “Very direct, good striker with lots of crosses and shots.
“It’s going to be a tough game. We also know it’s a good away team that scores a lot of points on the road.
“We need to be involved. I think the Crystal Palace game is different to the games we’ve played against other top teams before. So, you know, it’s just a matter of getting used to things this week and hopefully it shows on the pitch.”
As the season approaches its halfway mark, the left-back reflects on the opening months of the campaign and how he has adapted to life in England’s top flight.

“I think for me and a lot of Swedes, we grew up watching the Premier League,” Gudmundsson added.
“It’s normal but I say again, I think there are a lot of good players and a good league, not just the Premier League because I was part of the French league and I think it’s a very good league.
“I think it made me the player I am today, coming straight here to play at this level in the Premier League. I think it says something about other leagues as well.
“But, I think the Premier League, probably I would say there are more good players on the ball. Obviously we have a lot of good players and the best teams in England, obviously, because they are competing in Europe.

“Obviously it’s a dream to come here and play in the Premier League because I grew up watching the Premier League. My dad played at Blackburn Rovers.
“So it’s always been a goal of mine to come here and be part of Leeds United – it’s fantastic. I’m delighted to be here.”
