Fox News Host Spirals as Trump Candidate Loses in Stunning GOP Defeat

A Fox News host issued a dire warning to the president following a series of devastating Democratic victories over Republicans.

“Look at the numbers, get the experts involved, and if the numbers show Hispanic support for Democrats is high, then that’s a warning sign for next year,” said Brian Kilmeade. fox and friends Wednesday’s audience.

His comments came in response to Democrat Erin Higgins’ victory over Republican Emilio Gonzalez in the Miami mayoral race.

While Trump endorsed Gonzalez, Higgins, 61, received nearly 60% of the vote, making her the first Democrat and first woman to win a town hall election in 30 years.

Just the day before, Kilmeade warned Trump that his administration was losing Hispanic votes amid Make America Great Again’s frantic nationwide deportation drive.

“Some of them misread ICE’s aggressive tactics and used them to attack the entire Hispanic community,” he said Monday. “They felt they were targeting too broadly. That’s why the president’s approval ratings dropped toward Hispanics.”

Analysts note that Hispanic communities have been overwhelmingly targeted by immigration raids and played a key role in several battleground states last year, helping to shore up Trump’s victory.

On Wednesday, Kilmeade emphasized his concerns after the Republican’s heavy defeat in Miami. “They love him at the border,” he said of the Hispanic vote. “They don’t necessarily like the aggressive tactic of going to Home Depot or a landscaping truck and hauling people away.”

“People think they’re being busted because they’re Hispanic,” he said. “They need to look at that position on illegal immigration. Yes, it got him elected, but the way you implemented it didn’t get the score above 50 percent.”

The race in Miami marked the latest in a series of separate Republican defeats across the country. That same day, Democrats flipped Georgia House seats, continuing their victory.

It follows Zohran Mamdani’s resounding victory in last month’s New York City mayoral race and the election of Democratic governors in both Virginia and New Jersey.

Pollsters are increasingly interpreting these and other results as a slew of dire news ahead of next year’s House and Senate battles. A November NBC poll found that Democrats now lead Republicans by 8 points in the race, their largest pre-midterm election lead in more than six years.
