One of three games coming to PlayStation Plus Essential tier in November appears to have been leaked. Cat lovers are in luck, action-adventure cat simulator Stray is reportedly coming to PS Plus next month. According to reports, the game will be added to the subscription service on November 4th.
This information comes from reliable leaker Billbil-kun, who has a track record of accurately reporting on games and gaming hardware. In a report published by Dealabs on Monday, sources claimed that PS Plus’ November games of the month will include Stray.
All PS Plus subscribers will be able to add the game to their library on November 4, when the PS Plus Monthly Game for October ends service. The source could not confirm the two additional games joining the PS Plus Essential tier next month, but said Sony will announce the full November monthly game lineup on November 29.
Once games are added to PS Plus, users can add them to their PlayStation game library and play them anytime as long as they have an active PS Plus subscription.
Lost on PS Plus
Interestingly, Stray launched as a day-one game on the PS Plus game catalog on July 19, 2022, available to PS Plus Extra and Deluxe/Premium members, before exiting the service a year later. The game launches on PC, PS4 and PS5 in 2022, then exclusively on PlayStation consoles, before coming to Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X in 2023. It was ported to Nintendo Switch last year. Stray is also available on Mac computers.
Meanwhile, Essential, Extra and Deluxe/Premium tier members can still play PS Plus monthly games for October. According to reports, three games, Alan Wake 2, Cocoon, and Goat Simulator 3, will be released before November 4th.
Developed by BlueTwelve Studio and published by Annapurna, “Stray” is an action-adventure game that puts players in a future walled city full of robots from the perspective of a stray cat. In the game, the player assumes the role of a cat and solves various environmental puzzles and platforms.
