Joan Garcia – 7/10
The goalkeeper was never really tested by Athletic Bilbao but he did what was asked of him and Barcelona recorded another clean sheet.
Eric Garcia – 7/10
Defensively solid and able to organize Barcelona’s defense well, even if the home side did manage to get past him on a few occasions.
Paul Cubasi – 5/10
The youngster has been praised for his fine performances in recent weeks, but tonight’s discussion will revolve around the decision not to show him a red card for denying Inaki Williams a clear goal-scoring opportunity. He’s lucky to be able to stay on the field.

Gerald Martin – 7/10
Much like Eric Garcia, he was outstanding defensively and Barcelona kept a clean sheet thanks in large part to him.
Joao Cancelo – 6/10
It started very shaky, nearly scoring a disastrous own goal in the first minute, but then settled into the game and created chances on the left wing.

An impressive display from the midfield, with Hansi Flick opting to step up the defense to maintain a one-goal advantage, but was withdrawn in the closing stages.

A show that doesn’t exist. He had several good opportunities to break through the Basque’s tenacious defense. Although these opportunities were unsuccessful, he did not give up until he was replaced with 30 minutes left in the game.
Marcus Rashford – 6/10
Lively on the left wing but ineffective when he has the ball.
Ferran Torres – 5/10
He didn’t do much before being substituted just after the hour mark, although to be fair he never seemed to get the ball.
Ramin Yamal – 9/10
He’s quiet for most of the game…but when he’s able to burst into life and whip up goals, That Enter the top corner, who cares? Such an impressive talent and it’s great to see him enjoying his football again.
