In a story that has no shortage of eye-opening tidbits, Helen McCaw, who works as a senior analyst for financial security at the Bank of England, sent the bank a message with a major alien warning. The shortcomings? McCaw wrote to the bank’s president, Andrew Bailey, urging him to prepare for the possibility that the United States, and specifically the White House, might confirm the existence of extraterrestrial life because sunday times the report said.
McCaw’s top concerns include her belief that if the White House announced this, it would have a significant impact on markets and potentially trigger bank failures. She cited that the United States appears to be “engaging in a multi-year process of declassifying and disclosing information about extraterrestrial life forms.” the times.

The long-time Bank of England employee expanded on the topic, discussing the possibility of “power or intelligence greater than any government” and mentioning the “unknown intentions” that would come with it. McCaw added that she believed government leadership and central banks may not have been “properly briefed” on the topic of aliens or other life forms.
“If UAP is proven to be of non-human origin, we may have to acknowledge the existence of a force or intelligence greater than any government, and whose intentions may be unknown,” McCaw said.
