According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Knight suffered a “serious sprain.” He was scheduled to undergo an MRI to confirm it was a sprain and not a fracture. He is not expected to play in the Week 16 game.
Knight exited the game after playing just one game in the Cardinals’ 40-20 loss to the Houston Texans. He lost two yards rushing and was sent back to the locker room.
This season, Knight has rushed for 269 yards and four touchdowns at 3.3 yards per carry.
