Buckeye Police say 54-year-old Sarah Short got into an argument with a student in class.

“The 10-year-old male student was struck in the back. The student did not require medical assistance,” police said.
After the incident, Short left the school but later arrested at her Goodyear home. She was charged with aggravated assault of a minor.
