MG ZS EV Prices Increased by Rs 32,000 in India for Select Variants

MG Motor India recently announced a price revision for the ZS EV. The brand has increased the prices of its electric vehicles by up to Rs. 32,000 on select models. Revised pricing will be implemented immediately. The brand has increased the prices of Essence Dark Grey, 100 Years Edition and Essence Two-tone Signature Ivory variants. However, the brand has not increased the prices of entry-level models including Executive and Excite Pro.

MG ZS EV prices hiked in India

The highest increase is seen in the Essence Dark Gray variant of the MG ZS EV, which has gone up by Rs 32,000. Following this, the prices of both the 100 Year Edition and the Essence two-tone signature ivory edition have been increased by Rs. 31,000 per person.

There are also significant price adjustments for customers who opt for the Exclusive Plus model. The Exclusive Plus Dark Gray variant is now priced at Rs. 30,200 more, while the Exclusive Plus dual-tone signature ivory variant adds Rs. 30,000. It is worth mentioning that the entry-level Executive and Excite Pro versions are not affected and maintain their original prices.

With these latest tweaks, the MG ZS EV is now priced at Rs. 18.98 Lakhs 25.75 Lakhs (ex-showroom), cementing its position as a competitive option in the electric mid-size SUV segment. The move is in line with broader trends in the electric vehicle industry, where manufacturers are grappling with rising costs such as raw materials and logistics.

While recent price increases may pose challenges for potential buyers, the MG ZS EV continues to provide an attractive option for those considering purchasing an electric vehicle.
