Max Crosby is back with the Las Vegas Raiders after the Baltimore Ravens passed on a trade for the superstar edge rusher. At least that’s the case for now.
Crosby posted a message to Raiders fans on Wednesday night, saying “I’m a Raider,” but that doesn’t mean teams will stop calling about trades. That doesn’t mean the Raiders are guaranteed to keep him.

ESPN’s Dan Orlovsky lists teams that should try to trade Crosby, including the Rams.
“If I were the Los Angeles Rams, I’d be calling the Raiders,” he said. “… If I’m an annual Super Bowl contender and you think you can get him for less than you did a few days ago, absolutely. Philadelphia, Buffalo, the Rams, Kansas City should all be making those decisions.”
The Rams have already sent the 29th overall pick to Trent McDuffie in the trade, so they only have 13 first-round picks left. The Rams are also facing shrinking cap space with the signings of Cam Cole and Jaylen Watson, and will have to pay McDuffie $13.6 million this year and will make $31 million next year.

Trading Crosby would be a bold move for the Rams, but they would almost certainly have to give up the 13th overall pick, possibly next year’s No. 1 pick or Byron Young and a slew of draft picks.
With so many players to pay, including Puka Nakua, Kobe Turner and Young, Los Angeles likely won’t consider trading Crosby
