New Jersey was hit by heavy snow and high winds on February 23, burying communities under more than a foot of snow and leading to widespread travel bans and emergency declarations in the region.
Snowfall reports show snowfall totals approaching or reaching 30 inches in many areas as the storm hits the Garden State.
