How to temporarily block Paytm account

  1. Please call Paytm payments bank helpline number 01204456456.

  2. Select the option for lost phone.

  3. Select the option to enter a different number and enter your lost phone number.

  4. Select Sign out from all devices.

  5. Next, head to the Paytm website and scroll down to select 24×7 help.

  6. choose Report fraud and click on any category.

  7. Next, click on any question and then click Leave us a message The button is at the bottom.

  8. You have to submit a proof of account ownership, which can be a debit/credit card statement showing Paytm account transactions, a confirmation email or SMS for Paytm account transactions, proof of phone number ownership or proof of police complaint against loss or theft of the phone.

  9. Once completed, Paytm will verify and block your account, after which you will receive a confirmation message.

How to block Google Pay account

  1. Google Pay users can call the helpline number 18004190157 and select their preferred language.
  2. Choose the correct option for the other questions.
  3. Choose the option to talk to an expert and they will help you block your Google Play account. Alternatively, Android users can remotely wipe their data so that no one can access your Google account from their phone and thus the Google Pay app.
  4. iOS users can do the same by remotely deleting data.

How to block Phone Pe account

  1. Telephone Pe users need to dial 08068727374 or 02268727374.
  2. After selecting your preferred language, you will be asked if you want to report a problem with your Phone Pe account, please press the appropriate number.
  3. Enter your registration number and you will receive a one-time password for confirmation.
  4. Next, select the option for No OTP received.
  5. You will see an option to report SIM or device lost, select it.
  6. You will then get in touch with a representative who will help you freeze your Phone Pe account after getting details like phone number, email ID, last payment, last transaction amount, etc.
