This wacky fact bodes well for the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl LX

The Seattle Seahawks will face the New England Patriots in Super Bowl X. There are tons of weird Super Bowl facts that come out every campaign. This year, the weirdest circumstances have certainly worked in the Seahawks’ favor.

Patriots quarterback Derek Meyer is a second-year starter. After a great regular season, he became an MVP candidate. For Meyer to win Super Bowl X, he must accomplish something that has never been done in Super Bowl history.

Jay Cuda said a starting quarterback with a last name five letters or less has not won a Super Bowl. The truth gets even stranger. Starting quarterbacks whose first and last names end with the same letter are 0-6 (.000) in Super Bowls since the AFC’s inception (1970). Drake and Maye both end in E, and Maye is less than five letters long!
