Reigning WWE NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne is currently basking in the glory of her second title reign, and while she’s gearing up for a title shot against Kendal Gray at the upcoming New Year’s Evil event, she seems confident in retaining the belt. Nonetheless, Jayne is excited to be on the WWE main roster.
“I believe when the time comes, it’s going to happen,” Jayne told Sports Illustrated’s The Takedown. “Who do I want to work for? I want to work for everyone!” The champion then explained that she has wrestled virtually everyone in NXT and she is eager to broaden her horizons with more opponents. “I would love to get in the ring with Bayley, Charlotte [Flair]you know I work with Bianca Belair in doubles and I would love to work with her in singles. I think Liv Morgan and I would be a great match; I think our styles are very similar. ” Jayne also said she wants to take the main roster by storm once she gets there.

“I would love to be on the main roster; I feel like it’s not really in my hands, it’s a decision from above,” she also admitted. “But I do believe that when they think I’m ready, the time will come. Again, it’s like trusting the process, it never happens when you want it to happen.” Jayne noted that she wanted to make the main roster two years ago but realized she wasn’t ready, which suggests she’s happy with the decision-making above.
