2026 three-star OL Adrian Hamilton flips commitment to Michigan Football

The Wolverines have their center of the future in 2026 three-star offensive lineman Adrian Hamilton, who committed to Michigan from Virginia Tech.

The 6-foot-2.5, 290-pounder hails from Washington, D.C., and played high school football at St. John’s High School with fellow Michigan State three-star edge rusher Tariq Boney. Hamilton decided in July to choose Virginia Tech over Virginia State, Pitt, West Virginia, Michigan State and others.

But everything changed when head coach Sherrone Moore offered him a scholarship to the University of Michigan in early October. He took an official visit to Ann Arbor for the game and made his final decision shortly after.

Although Hamilton played left tackle in high school, he started at center at Michigan. Three-star Bear McWhorter will play one of the guard spots, while four-stars Marky Walbridge and Malakai Lee and three-star Tommy Fraumann will play tackle.

Hamilton is the No. 3 prospect in Washington, D.C., the No. 55 interior offensive lineman in the 247Sports composite rankings and the No. 657 prospect in the 2026 class. You can check out some of his senior year highlights below.
