(WFRV) – As the snowstorm begins to end, road conditions remain poor throughout Northeast Wisconsin, especially in Outagamie County where 165 motorists have been stranded since midnight.
According to a news release from the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office, deputies reported a combination of snowfall and high winds created “hazardous” road conditions and “near-zero” visibility.

According to reports, 165 motorists have been stranded across the county since midnight Sunday night/Monday morning. Officers and highway crews are said to be doing all they can, but anyone who is able to stay at home is asked to do the same.
