GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A 16-year-old Green Bay girl has been reported missing since January 17, according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Madeleine Moore was revealed on January 17, 2026, and according to the missing poster, she may have dyed her hair black.
