The Hawkeyes defeated the Badgers in the Big Ten regular-season finale on Sunday at the Kohl Center, with Hayden once again leading the way with 16 points and 14 rebounds on 8-of-11 shooting from the field, Chit-Chat Wright scoring 14 points, Taylor Stremlow 10 and Teagan Mallegni 10.

Despite Iowa State’s two wins, the Hawkeyes remain ranked ninth in this week’s AP Top 25 poll.

In addition to Iowa State, six other Big Ten teams are in the latest top 25. The No. 2 UCLA Bruins lead the group, followed by No. 8 Michigan, No. 11 Ohio State, No. 14 Maryland, No. 18 Michigan State and No. 19 Minnesota.

Washington State (four points) and Illinois (two points) were the only two conference delegates to receive a ballot category.
