He is a typical Liverpool striker. To be precise, the Reds like to play players like this in the No. 9 position. Roberto Firmino and Daniel Sturridge look very similar.
It’s also interesting to note that while Hughes has focused on signing a lot of young players for the defensive line, he hasn’t really brought in any young offensive players other than Wright.

Liverpool certainly have more options in their youth academy attack, but that shouldn’t stop the club’s sporting director from looking for more players similar to N’Dukwe and Ndiaye.
One of the targets should be a player who could be the next Ekitic, who is born for Liverpool due to his style of play and profile.
That player is Julian Hall of the New York Red Bulls. The 17-year-old scored twice in his first start of the Major League Soccer (MLS) season, helping New York win 2-1.
Although still young, this is Hall’s 45th appearance for the Red Bulls first team. He has contributed to eight goals so far. Admittedly, many of those appearances came off the bench, with Hall starting just nine games.

Considering he contributed eight goals in nine starts, that makes for a pretty good output.
Hall does more than just output. His transition motion and first touch are very similar to Ekitek’s. He has an aura of unpredictability, capable of making clever flicks to surprise opponents and preserve possession for his team.
At the same time, he also knows how to get into dangerous areas in the opponent’s penalty area. Like Ekitek, he has a strong sense of goal scoring.
He doesn’t turn 18 until next month, when Liverpool will be able to sign him in the summer window.
