Police are appealing for information after a 17-year-old boy in Leicester was attacked during a burglary.
Leicestershire Police believe four men attacked a property on Roundhill Road at around 20:45 GMT on Monday.
The 17-year-old was taken to hospital, but his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
Police said there will be an increased police presence in the area during the investigation.

Inspector Charles Edwards, East Leicester Community Policing District Commander, said: “The investigation is at an early stage but officers are working hard to establish exactly what happened.
“We know this incident is of concern to the local community. We would like to reassure you that officers will conduct a full investigation.”
Police are appealing for anyone with information or footage to come forward.
