The Seattle Seahawks are incredibly healthy heading into Super Bowl X against the New England Patriots. The No. 12 man received unexpected news earlier this week that star rookie safety Nick Emmanwori was on the injury report with a low ankle sprain. This resulted in Eman Vouri being limited in training on Wednesday and not participating in Thursday’s session.

The South Carolina standout is proving to be a quick healer, as Eman Worry was a full participant in Friday’s practice! Hell, he wasn’t even eligible to play in the Super Bowl. When discussing the injury earlier this week, head coach Mike McDonald said he fully expected Emmanvory to be ready for Sunday’s game. Clearly, his beliefs were valid.

In fact, only one Seahawks player holds that title, and that’s rookie linebacker Robbie Utz. He’s officially a suspect heading into the Super Bowl. That’s it! The only players who were not a full participant in Friday’s practice were the aforementioned Uzcz and backup left tackle Josh Jones, who was a full participant on Thursday.
