On Monday, Ravens executive vice president and general manager Eric DeCosta announced the hiring of Dr. Nick Gill as vice president of team health and performance. The newly created position will oversee strength and conditioning, medical, nutrition and exercise science under a fully integrated system.
Known as ‘Geely’, he has over two decades of elite high performance experience, including nearly 20 years with the New Zealand All Blacks.

DeCosta said this when he hired Dr. Gill:

Dr. Gill said:
